We’re excited to announce a major new update to the Sendcoach platform — one that comes directly from your feedback. Our development team has been hard at work making it easier than ever to track every step of the recruiting journey.
You can now log activities directly within each school account. Since Sendcoach is built around all communication with schools, this update ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
With the new Log Activity button, you can record important moments such as:
Each activity can include notes, and once logged, it will automatically show up in your school feed and pipeline. This way, all your interactions — from emails to game-day conversations — are tied together in one place.
In addition to activity tracking, we’ve added a simple way to capture and share notes. Parents, student-athletes, and advisors can now collaborate in the platform by adding notes to school accounts. This feature makes it easier to keep everyone aligned and engaged throughout the process.
You’ll also notice a cleaner, more streamlined interface. We’ve made design improvements to make Sendcoach easier to use and more powerful, while keeping everything organized in your pipeline view. Pipeline cards now reflect activities, notes, and emails together so you can see the complete recruiting picture at a glance.
This release is the direct result of user feedback. Every update brings us closer to our vision of providing student-athletes with an agent-like experience — always on, always supportive, and always working to simplify the recruiting process.
We’d love to hear from you. Let us know what’s working, what can be improved, and what features you’d like to see next. Your feedback helps us make Sendcoach the best possible tool for your recruiting journey.
Good luck out there — and enjoy the ride!
